Sometimes it does require 3 or 4 attempts before it "sticks".  Very frustrating and time-consuming.

I have that happen with photos too. Even if the preview shows it, when it publishes it disappears. I found if after I save it then if I check the html I can see if it sticks. On videos I load the code in the html and never trouble that way.
