1. They attend my annual Gratitude Gathering for many years now.

2. I go to lunch and even double date dinners with a select few.

3. I occasionally show up to an event they are hosting if it truly attracts me, I do not attend just to attend. My schedule has a lot to do with what I do accept as I have to protect my private time to recharge with my bride, son and Mr. Peroni too.

If invited I attend if I can. I am closer to some than others.

I always sent a gift when I was invited, but I never attended.... separation of business and personal.... 

Many of my clients have crossed the threshold into 'friends' ... we go out to dinner, I've been invited to their home, I've invited them to my home, etc...

I just attended an end of year school teacher party. I have sold homes to three families in that group. I also was a pallbearer for one client's mother. I also have one client who meets up with me once a year for a glass of wine at a local bistro. Most clients and I stay in touch. If we don't, it's normally because I don't want to.

They write checks for my causes and I will write checks for their causes. If invited, I attend.

I've only ever been invited to one house warming party and I attended.  Other than that, I've never been invited to an event.  Not even a MLM arbonne/doterra/pampered chef event (thank God!).

I don't especially look to socialize a whole lot with my clients. We stay in touch and are friendly, but we are not in each other's pockets. But having said that, I am attending the wedding of two clients next Saturday... wish I could say I introduced them. He bought a house from me; she sold a house with me. For me, what's important is that my clients always know I'm a resource for them... and they always do call me when they need me.

The occasion to attend clients' personal events seldom arises. If I was invited, I would be flattered and try to attend.

Some are closer than others. Real estate mimics real life. Once again.

I don't aspire to socialize with all my clients. But I do have some that have become family over the years.
Some we have pretty wild times! And they're like yeah she's my realtor and I'm like oh Lord I need to go home before I make a deal I can't remember or break my nail! 😇

I am very close, and attend events as much as possible. 

I have gone to events that they have to get close to them to get more referrals.

I am very close to many clients.  We have truly become friends.  Other clients, we stay in touch - many connections on Facebook.  Some clients I only hear from when they need me.  I am okay with whatever my clients are comfortable with.  I attend all events my clients invite me to. 

Many times over the years. Even though we are now in a different state, we are always in contact and remain close friends

As a general rule I do nor socialize with clients

I believe in business bonding over personal bonding.

I am very close and have a personal bond with each and every client.  However, I'm no a social person and don't attend anything outside of real estate.

Not that close, have always preferred to keep it business.

Not invited to many close events. I stay in touch for babies and send well wishes for graduations and birthdays. 

I get pretty close to some of my clients.   Was invited to one home today for a BBQ.

   We have coffee and lunch from time to time.  

We stay closer to some than others. Wayne was asked to be the witness at the wedding of a past client once. 

I do occasionally but not a habit

I have some that life "clicked" with and we do see each other. Others less so. 

most of them end up in my circle of friends.

I seem to run into my past clients all the time but I do not get clingy with my clients...

Many of our clients do not live in town.  So we stay in touch by phone, email, etc.  A

Very - most of my clients originated from my 'friend/family' sphere so, I am quite friendly with them. Many of them have been to my home, I have traveled for weddings, we attend functions together and have coffees, lunches & dinners together.

As for attending events - one thing that recomend - don't ever turn down an event that a client invites you to!
