Need changes for better or worse.  My boss when to work for a Holland electronic firm in Silicon Valley. His first assignment was to fire all the engineers who were late in getting a product out. Next he had to find experienced engineer in that field to develop. Then he got fired for being late heading for many who did not know the business.
