Hello Andy - my story began very long ago when I used to go with my parents to view model homes in the many new developments that were being built in and around our home.  I "designed" marketing information,  "created" floor plans and "planned"  different exterior elevations and communinity design aspeits. Later in the fourth grade, each of us had to "plan" a new city and I incorporated a lot of different features. The story continues....

Never too much.

I did pay monopoly as a child.

I did not know at an early age that real estate was for me.

Came to real estate late as an agent, but always know we let go of one home to soon which we should have held on to but sold. Big mistake, but that is more investment thinking than being an agent.

I've always been a one-home kind of girl. There was a time when we had a flat in London and one in Paris... drove me nuts living back and forth. A was a Monopoly fiend as a kid and it hasn't changed... all of our grands are Monopoly fiends and I show them no mercy!

No, can never own too many (unless you ask the people who say landlords should sell off their inventory so people can buy them to live in).

Yes, played Monopoly but always hated how when I was about to win the DOJ showed up and forced me to sell off chuncks of my properties.  Darn anti-trust!

If I had a BILLION DOLLARS i'd own 3 homes. The one I have now, a really nice motorhome to tour the country, and I'd buy the house next to Nina Hollander .

BTW, I got into Real Estate because an old pro in the business said "Bob, you should sell Real Estate".

Love the video, plan on copying it.

Andrew,

It depends answer on your first one.  I met a lovely couple who owned 12 stunning homes in the US and Scotland.

Yes, I played Monopoly loved Park Place and Still Do.

Love watching buildings grow out of the ground.

I got into it, to help Ron because he had drummed up so much business in commercial.

Why, because, we wanted to buy a house in Park Place and we did.  A

I seem to remember this from the wayback machine, Andy. You can always tell the radio people! Hahahah!
I'm a shark at Monopoly! But no, I didn't know I would be in RE for a long time. I did have a reading in 1990 telling me I would be in RE . . . I discounted it and then the Universe shook up my life the following year and within 2 years, LOL . . .  real estate. Damn psychics!

Love your video! I don't think you can ever own too many houses, yest I played monopoly as a kid but no I didn't know real estate was my specialty as a kid. I got my license in 1991 because I had to and was the best thing that happened to me!

It's good to diversify your investments, so yes, there CAN be too much real estate in your portfolio/holdings and it may not provide you with sufficient liquidity when you need to take cash our (fire sale!).

I've always been a natural sales person and had an affinity for driving around looking around on the weekends...not necessarily at houses.  As it turns out, though you would think that would make me a great buyer's agent, I am best with sellers.  Go figure.
