YES! I love Fiverr. I use it all the time for lots of various items. I do research carefully for style, etc. before I hire though. It is cheap and if I don't like it, which is rare, I did not lose a lot of money.

I just went through my second experience with them. The first time went well and I was satisfied with the product.

But the last time was not so good. I gave the details and materials needed for the product, Business cards. I was told 3 day turn around. Then after several days I got a proof. Nothing like I ordered, many details omitted. I told them why it was not right and reminded them to read the order. 5 days later they still needed more time. I canceled the order and Fivver refunded my money to an account. I got another person who did a fair job and gave me more items at less cost.

It really depends on the contractor.

Generally, it is not knock out quality.

I have not used that as a resource.  In general, when I attempted to outsource, I spent more time working with outsourcing companies than it I just did want I needed to do myself. 

I have heard of them and the person using has been happy.  Personally I have not.
