Find a good mentor would be my answer Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041 . I started with one of the best in the business as my mentor and when I moved on I adopted HIS mentor. Both these mentors were very "ballsy" and I learned a great deal. I also learned I had to tone it down a little as neither of my mentors were really well liked by their piers (but damn were they successful).

The obvious answer is to sell more homes. But that is too easy of an answer. Real Estate, as with any business, it's about numbers. In order to earn more money, you need to sell more homes. In order to sell more homes, you need more clients. To get more clients, you need to know more people, so they get to know you. Finally, work harder. Do open houses, as many as you can. Not only for getting a buyer, but getting to know more people. Does your lender offer better programs, like FHAs with lower credit scores, or a 30 year fixed conventional with 1% down? The more programs they have, the more loans that are approved. 30% of consumers have FICOs of 620 or less. Find a lender that has programs that go down to 500 FICO and you'll gain 30% more people. And again, get your name in front of as many people as you can, by working harder than anyone

I don't believe there is a pat, one size fits all answer to this. Each individual needs to sit down and do a hard self assessment as to why they are not earning enough and identify their strengths and weaknesses. Then identify what they are willing to do to earn more...some are not good at networking, some don't want or can't afford a coach or can't find a good mentor, some don't have the desire to do any of the above. It realy comes down to what works for each person and their individual needs and skills.
