Codes are installed. If the code installed are done so my your mls and are needed for operation, then yes, it is brand new. (And battery reads 100%)

However if the codes to which you refer are artifacts of another mother the reality is...'It's new to you."

But, if there is only ONE STORE IN TOWN, you have no options.

I buy my Supras used from other Board members. December and January, a lot of people drop out of the business, they don't need them anymore. I've paid as little as $30 for them. Way cheaper than the $110 each new. I just have to take them to the Board office to get them assigned to me.

Sorry, I don't understand our questions. Our electronic lockboxes generate codes once an appointment is booked by anther agent who wants to show my listing. The code is valide for one hour after the box is opened...

So sorry to have confused you! We just changed our Supra Boxes to the new system that doesn't need a fob. We need to have the board install the code to open the shaft. This would seem to change the lockbox from being brand new in a court of law. It was just a passing thought and didn't need to be addressed.

Some lockboxes are re-sold, but you should be told if that is the case and the price should be lower. Why not ask your MLS - the numbers are tracked.

I don't understand what you are asking. When I received new Supras they had codes installed and I had the option to change passwords and shackles codes to those of my own choosing.
