I can top that Paul. I'm still waiting for a broker to get back to me with the right price on a unit . . . SINCE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. It's still in MLS with 3 different prices and it's still an available unit. That owner wanted a bargain basement fee and believe me, he got what he paid for! Hahahahah!

OMG! How does she stay in business? This reminds me of agents who used to tell me that they checked their email only once a week.

Hard to believe Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®,CRS, - cannot be a busy agent if it took 2 days to return your call, meaning they are not in the office daily.  I wonder if it's an older lady who is not even comfortable with a flip phone?  And, if she is part of a 'team' with someone who can reply back in a timely manner, or doesn't realize that alot will fall through the cracks.  Time and timing is everything!

If she doesn't have a cell phone she may want to figure out how to retrieve voice mail messages left at the office a tad more frequently.

There are a few of those folks out there still.

Believe it or not, I had an agent tell me the same thing not too long ago. I was aghast!

Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®,CRS, as in doesn't have one at all, or merely lost or damaged hers and is between cells?  So odd.  If I don't hear from someone I shoot them an email as well.   I haven't run into this one.  I am sure this has been frustrating!  Hope you have a better week!

The reason that it took so long to get a response was that the agent was calling from a different time period...1999.

it's believable.... and I'd make note of that agent if she lists another property.... avoid it!!!!

I wonder if the people that hire that agent knows how "connected" she isn't?

How can you be available for your clients and respond in a timely fashion to anyone without a cell phone?  This is not serving the best interests of your clients... and why would anyone hire an agent like that??

Here on the Guf Coast of Florida, the only means of unlocking the Supra Box is via the app on the cell phone. 

I would LOVE to see that agents business plan. I anticipate this agent will leave real estate and become a Uber driver. 

Imagine, if you will. what closing a transaction with the agent would be like.

I believe it!!!  In my area, there ARE some older agents still complaining that  they don't get an MLS book anymore.  Seriously!!!  I just shake my head!!!
