I mail postcards.... and have never mailed or emailed a newsletter....

I send email newsletters through my CRM.  They are autmatically populated and I can go in and edit the message and the newsletter..

I don't send a hard copy any longer. 

Have not used a newslwtter or email newsletter in years. Check with Gabe Sanders as he does it monthly.

I send a light touch, mostly non-real estate related email every three weeks.

    In the past I have snail mailed trade-size postcards using EDDM from USPS.  I like Kathleen Daniels' idea of emailing.

Gary Meek We did hardcopy newsletters a few years back to a farm area. They weren't very productive and no ROI. Our broker subscribed to a newsletter service for our use.

I don't do a news letter

I used to send a hard copy but stopped some years ago. I stay in touch with email with my sphere/past clients, use Happy Grasshopper, and send farming postcards through EDDM

I email newsletters, I built a template in mailchimp.

I email my newsletter.  I have sent out printed copies ... also have a lender that provides a newsletter that I post on social media, and print out to give to prospective buyer and sellers.

Emailed.  I reveiewed about 10-12 of the newsletters that various vendors put out for agents as well as newsletters from agents and affiliates out here.  I then picked the sections that worked for me and went from there.  It's changed here and there over the years.

I tried to do a newsletter(print) within the last year. The templates & companies were so horrible I totally gave up the idea. Lame, old looking like a 80's style, I just gave up.

Good luck finding something that's not garbage.

Email when I used one in past years.

Email newsletter. I took a poll with my clients when I thought I might make the transition and they all said they'd rather have the email version - saving clutter in their home was the #1 reason to go email.

I send both email and hard copy. Email is from my CRM provider. Hard copy is from a different print marketing company.

We develop in office newsletters every month and provide them to the agents. Most email them to their client base.

My CRM, Wise Agent, publishes an editiable Newletter every month. I will rewrite one section to include LOCAL information.

I have not sent newsletters in years but when I did they were printed copies.

It's been years since I have have and I'd like to get back to it Gary Meek . When I did I just winged it using PrintMaster of Microsoft Publisher.

Our Team sends out a monthly newsletter by snail mail. We buy the template from a vender, cutomize it to some extent, and accompany it with a personalized individual letter from each Team Member.

I used to send out both, as some I don't have emails for.   I do them myself.

I do not send email news letter, or any RE newsletters.... just regular touches( email, texts, calls, social).
