Depends upon the clients - I have one who texts in almost all emojis - I have to really slow down and think in order to read them sometimes!

I use the thumbs up if the client has responded to me with an emoji.

If they use them with me I will sparingly use a few with them if the moment is appropriate. I will not be the instigator, ever.

I agree with Chrissi Chapman Topoleski. It really depends, William Piotrowski. From my experience, in terms of efficient marketing, folks tend to gravitate toward, and respond more to, down-to-earth, human exchanges vs. the rigid, overly sterile (almost robotic). I'd steer clear of communicating with emoji-intensive sentences, though. - Tim
