Having not heard of them, I looked into what they had to offer. It appears to be content you can find elsewhere for less money. As well, the marketing system is not original nor strategic. When I read the reviews online, I found myself sceptical of their system.

Be very careful with that company. They were contracted to do some mailings for us and they never kept their end of the bargain. I use my own address with my wife's name, they delivered the first of eleven mailings and then nothing else. When I contacted them they blamed it on their carrier. In addition, they stopped mailing completely to some of my prospects, stating they listed with another Realtor. That was a FAT LIE. BE CAREFUL...

I watched their Webinar. Its a system that provides books written by a "Ghost Writer" but shows your picture and shows you as the author of the book. You are supposed to leave it on the front step of FSBO's and expireds and once they read the book they will automatically call you because they will be convinced that you are the foremost authority in your market.
