I update them on their market with solds - just in their market. When we Close, I let them know I've discontinued their home search but, ask if they want to keep up with the sales in their new neighborhood quarterly. So far, not one of them has said, NO - nor have I had a single one to unsubscribe.
In fact, I often get messages back from them - "Did you see how much that house on Main Street sold for?!" It's another touch but, it's a touch THEY approve.

I do advise them regarding existing market conditions and what those conditions could me to current owners.
The I suggest ways they can OPTIMIZE their position based on their intimate knowledge of their house, at the time of their choosing and in the privacy of their home and based on the data THEY provide.
This makes the next step really easy.
