I use Cloud CMA, but I pay for it myself as our MLS does not provide it and, like yourself, I don't care for the MLS program we have. I've learned that there are things I need to pay for myself and not depend on my brokerage or mls to provide.

I know agents who use Toolkit. You can probably use RPR, as well.

Our Team uses Cloud CMA. It works well.

I pull the data from my MLS and create my own CMA with acutal adjustments for differences the way I was taught in real estate school with weighted comps.  It's not like anything else used in my market.  And it's not hard.

You might have to go like me & just do a custom. Cloud CMA puts in Z estimates & I refuse to work with that. Just too many pages - you are just trying to bash the seller over the head with paper & kill trees.

Cloud CMA is provided by our MLS to all users and we also have it through our franchise. It offers a nice presentation. I think you can get Cloud as an individual.

I use RPR and both MLS systems. Makes for a great report.

I use the MLS to create them.  I know there are much better ones but haven't come across one yet.  My new website is going to have a program where a visitor can put in their address and listings in the community pop up.  I hope it helps find sellers.

I use my MLS.  I can't imagine what you mean when you say yours is Blah. I am not performing a circus act with my CMA.  It's data. Data that tells a story. A story that buyers and sellers need to understand if they are going to price a home right or submit a winning offer.  I am just not in to bells and whistles or shinny objects.  I am a data geek.

I like Toolkit CMA

RPR makes a great cma and  has other great features you can use while out showing.

I use the MLS data and my own CMA that I have created.
