I did for a one year contract several years ago and regretted it.

They're technically one of our "competitors". Happy to provide a compare/contrast in terms of services, if you're ever interested (no pressure, though).  - Tim

I used them early on (years ago) and they were amazing.

Over time they became less so. It became a crowded market and their SEO got lost amid all the other noise.

I haven't used them in a few years so I have no idea if the magic is back.

I have used it. It's a little pricey; CRM ok; made nice flyers; good analytics. However, I always sort of felt they were selling my contacts to other agents as leads.

I use their CRM but have never used their leads service. The drip campaign has nice content when you upgrade to professional.  I have had problems with data import and find that the interface and client search function could be better.  I get a discounted rate through Coldwell Banker so it is only around $120 a year so that is a big factor in my putting up with its shortcomings.

I used them for a 6-month deal. Only produce 1 sale. 99.9% of leads were junk.

I found there is a secret to avoiding the vapor chasing that typically results from using similar services. Until the agent figures that out, using these lead generation services can become a giant time hole.
