OK, For me the best is direct mail which can also be called direct respone marketing but the latter has a broader application.

Be aware, the delivery mechanism is not as important as the art of getting the message read and the skill to compel action.

I try to generate leads through referrals from my current and past clients. I started my 4th year in real estate in Sept. 2017 and when I went back through my lead sources, referrals were my biggest lead source for the year.

I tell my clients from the beginning "My business is based on referrals. I plan on doing a great job helping you buy/sell your home so that you'll want to send your friends and family to me."
