The varmit has not helped me in the past so I see no difference this year.

We had sunshine and I knew more winter is ahead. I am counting the days to spring.

Heck we had temps in the mid 50s today. It felt like spring. We haven't even had any snow to speak of. Just a couple of dustings.

It was rather overcast this morning so no shadows here but now it's nice and sunny, shadows galore! I think the outlook for real estate is a good one!

It's definitely affecting the agents we work with - now they will continue to provide winter-related home care/improvement resources via Homebrella to their homeowners (and stay top-of-mind as an "all things real estate agent" as a result - to ensure those homeowners remember them in the future and become their home sellers). - Tim

I see my shadow all the time.  It does not impact real estate in my area. if m shadow and buyers and sellers are following me ... it is good for business.
