When I heard of them a few years ago they were a BPO company.
I am confident they have branched into distressed real estate today.
If they will accept payment via contingency, go for it.
Otherwise understand they are predators in a predatory market segment.
If you have extensive experience in the distressed real estate market then you will recognize their exit strategies and can respond accordingly. But my gut feeling is you can kiss $500 a month goodbye.
