 It's good and getting better.  This is the perfect time to buy or sell a house!

Since 2007, during the Great Depreciation when I made a decision to create my own economy, I'd have to say:  "the market is wonderful... as long as I do my part."

'The market" depends on where you live. Do you live in Innisbrook?"

"No, I live in Bay Palms."

"Very interesting things happening in Bay Palm.  Condo or Villa?"

"I have a villa at 123 Main that I've owned for 11 years."

The game is afoot.

Central Florida is up 11% in market value on average; inventory is down 11%... This is good for sellers, challenging for buyers given the supply and demand of homes. As a Realtor, it's been very good for me. 

I keep an eye on the market and I come back with facts.

There are always opportunities in every market in real estate 

It depends if you are a seller or buyer.   Sellers are enjoying every minute, buyers, not so much.

HOT! HOT! HOT! (to the theme of Buster Poindexter's song of the same title).

Scripts are not one size fits all. My response would never be a script. 

My response today would be - The market is insanely crazy hot for sellers. If you need are in the market to buy a home you better buckle up and be prepared for the ride of your life.  It will require tremendous patience to get to the finish line.  Either way, you want to make sure you are working with an agent who truly has your best interest top of mind at all times.  How can I help you ?

Where there is knowledge there is opportunity. My market is strong!

The market is very good right now. Inventory is down and buyer demand is still high. If you are looking to buy...NOW is a great time. Don't wait. Interest rates are set to go up. Prices will continue to go up, and you don't want to lose out.

Here in Salt Lake City, Utah we have a shortage of homes so the market is hot. . . . I am looking for a house for my daughter and have made six offers on different properties and we either get out bid or buyers have more downpayment.  Sometimes just after I show the home it has already sold. . . .  crazy

"Whatever it is, I can make it work for you!" (LOL) then go into great detail to demonstrate you UNDERSTAND the current market.
