Yes, I do... anything that's sent out of my Outlook is tracked and I can see when someone actually opened the correspondence. People who've tried to tell me they didn't receive important correspondence from me are taken aback when I can read them chapter and verse exactly when they opened my email. Those people do not try that "trick" again (at least not with me).

not all of them, but yes on some of them. I love when people say I didn't get that and I tell them when they opened it, for how long and what device.

My CRM does on what they call "mass emails", but I don't on those I send via my regular email. If its something important, I will usually text them to tell them to check their email.

I was a listing agent when I was active.....any and all communication was by email with a CC to the buyer's agent....always in the loop.... and I always asked for confirmation of the email....

If it is very important I will follow up with or call or ask them to acknowledge receipt.

Most of them. Some go into the black hole of cyberspace, never to be seen again.

No. Unless you're on the same network, there is no way to enforce read/delivery receipts (even on the same network you can block them).

Delivery and open and always a little click bait.
Once I have a baseline, I only check periodicly.
Many systems allow you to dig deeper to identify on what device the mail was opened.
However, for marketing purposes, I rely on IP addresses.

I do but I don't demand a reply unless it is really something that needs to be in writing. After the contract, all inbound and outbound emails are archived.
