I read the book "The One Thing" from cover to cover over the holiday (in 2+ days, a record for me), and now trying to put some of what I learned into practice.

it is only the second day, but i'm getting back to normal. For now, it is still a lot of Happy New Year touch ups. 

   Too cold to go outside... so I updated social media pages, and rearranged the layout of my office.

Got up at 6, grabbed coffee, going to play around on the Q+A for a bit, then onto my work. 

I didn't get a lot done outside of family business today - and thankfully, my phone wasn't blowing up as it normally does the day after a holiday!

Do you really want to know what an Erieite is doing after Erie, PA received seven feet of snow in seven days?  

                              Answer:  Building snowmen!!!

Woke up on the first alarm :-) (No Snooze)

I do what I do every day.... put one foot in front of the other do what needs doing to provide 5-star service to my clients.

I woke up

I worked a full day yesterday and have completed 2 CMAs and made calls to several new clients today. The day is still young.

Actually, my entire January calendar is pretty full already.
I am detoxing this week and next, which is a biatch. Even though I normally eat clean, not drinking is bringing me down. #princessproblems LOL
I have eradicated Christmas from my home. Over it!
I have a closing on Friday I am minding.
And two new listings that I am working on.
One has been signed since last April, but not ready for market yet. (listing contract says commencement of marketing triggers commencement of term. Like a boss, baby!)
I'm hoping we don't put it on the market until spring because prices are going up so fast with a brand new Walmart across the street.

So in summation, I'm actually trying to avoid hitting the ground or a wall. But I am running. 😎

I never stopped from Christmas to New Years so I was already running, all caught up, another new listing yesterday but the cold is keeping buyers tucked in

No it's 2 degrees outside !

And soon we will say good bye to 2018!

Enjoyed every moment thus far.

I never took my feet off the ground ... and never stopped working. I've accomplished server upgrades, completed closing books in preparation for the appointment with CPA, purged files ... the list goes on and on. 

I had an intense workout this morning..... and mailed out 10,000 postcards....

Well, I hit the ground running yesterday actually;  that's doing pre Buffini & Company Launch Your Year Blitz prep, reconnected with all active clients and started taking a class with Darren Hardy: Insane Productivity.
