Yes darling. Strengthening my well-challenged core before breakfast. After breakfast I'll get on my bike and then later today I'll go to the walkie park and get some O2. 💪

Just like you, Barbara Todaro, but my gym is in the basement. Spent 1.5 hours there before breakfast.  Too cold & snowy in Erie, PA for my two-mile walk. 

Does putting it on the calendar for Wednesday count?!!

It is a bit miserable here. 60 degrees and rain. (boohoo)

But my gym is contained in a cloth bag.
I will be breaking a sweat all day while those college kids see their dream of not being home for the holidays come true.

I workout at home and usually afternooon or early evening and I believe I did workout new years day!

I bet many are, but a better question - will they continue in February.

I was there at 3:45am as usual. Wonder where this old fart gets all that energy!

Didn't go to the gym, but went to the dog park and got my cardio on with the puppy.

The gym at new years is like the mall on Christmas Eve...frantic with many who have procrastinated much too long!

Actually yes, but I am mixing it up with morning surf sessions and on windy days windsurf session like yesterday. They each work different muscles and cardio work outs and keep me happy.

Kinda .... showing four houses with multi levels, a commercial building, climbing the registry of deed's court house steps so like a work out on the StairMaster in the real estate show and tell gym. Day after New Years will be a good work out in the real estate trenches, out in the field.

Yes, Barbara Todaro I had my first 10 am yoga class this morning and surprisingly it was quite crowded at my Equinox location.

No.  Slept until 930, then ran to the store to get food to cook for the company I had coming over at 12.  That was my morning.  Afternoon was company and then work, now I'm here and relaxing.

No, but that's just because I don't belong to a gym. I normally would go for a jog but it's much too cold, so I did calisthenics in the garage. That'll have to do!

I didn't make this morning, but I'll be in the gym in about an hour. I've got to set the course for 2018. 

No but I will make sure I get my steps in today! I will also do some exercises at home.
