Try IDX Broker. They do not  host the agent's website!  They host the IDX  on their website, so that it looks like it is part of your website.  They are one of the best in our opinion. We use it for our clients as an additional IDX to our own proprietary version.  Our web developer hosts our clients sites on his server through one of the best hosting companies.  He creates our sites on Word Press.    I hope this helps and I did not confuse you.  A

There are quite a few IDX wordpress plugins out there (IDX Broker comes to mind first) that allow you to have an IDX with registration options on your site.  They host the data, you host the site.

Yes a monthly fee. First, really figure out what you need before you get ripped off. In my MLS we can 'buy' a direct feed from them BUT .... do you know what to do with it once you get it?

You have quite a few IDX solutions to try, or you can develop your own.

If the agent's MLS is FLEX, they have a WordPress plgin that I like. Or they offer API to developers.

I think you can 'cook up' a solution with the suggestions offered and serching for WordPress plugins that will prove useful.

it's a separate fee but not required to host.  Several IDX vendors out there.

There are several options for IDX but, yes, you will have to pay separately for that - or have the agent that you're building the site for, pay it.

There are many out there in Internetland. Google and read the reviews.
