If I did not have the Internet to market my inventory, I would do what I did before we had the Internet....offline marketing... networking.... face to face marketing.... print marketing.... signage... 

Getting in front of the people who matter -- just like before the "internet" was "invented".

The pre-1990 customers still exist and we reach them the same way we did  then. Direct mail and phone canvassing gets results but many associates avoid these methods these days. The main ingredients to success are planning and tracking all marketing then  different picture will appear..

Publish a mini magazine with all of our listings and information about the company, and distribute via direct mail, for one thing. Many more things. Most of us remember what it was like before the internet became a necessity. And most of us never stopped with the low tech stuff anyway. Because it works.

Print, relocation notifications/flyers, door-to-door flyer delivery, direct mail...the same things we did pre-internet, most of which we still do today (in addition to the internet)!

Newspaper and magazine advertising had their place in time!

In the years before we had the internet, newspaper advertising was very effective.

I would do what i did in the old days. The local newspaper and monthly real estate magazines. Also by word of mouth as neighbors often know people who want to be their neighbors

Luckily, I grew up in real estate in the age before the internet. 

That would be easy - just use snail mail Andrew Mooers.  We have clients that are not computer savy, and not cell phone savy - it's funny, if it's not frustrating, but it can be a reality of dealing with some in our age-restricted community.

     If I had a buyer who could not get online, I would print images from the MLS onto good old-fashioned paper, and snail mail it to them.

Actually most of my business is face to face in seminars and phone calls.

Andrew Mooers As Scott Godzyk responded, you will just have to go back to the basics of marketing like we did in the old days.

It is important in this situation to truly understand the logistics involved to be of service to this person. These are time-holes looking for a victim.

Obviously the portals of access are. post office, local rag, and "Avon calling."

Let that buyer call an agent to help him or her. The internet is not going away.

We would still put up a sign ( where allowed), do just listed postcards, network with other agents who may have buyers for the property, open houses, broker opens. 

We would also ( which we don't do now) put an ad in the homes and land magazine. 

A trip into the past, we would survive and the newspapers would have a revival.

Newspaper ads, post cards, flyers to other offices, magazines, maybe sign on car?, wear name badge more often, ads on placemats in restaurants, sponsor a little league baseball/sports team, etc.

One can be just as effective with traditional face to face interaction which works just as good. The technology Z, Trula, RF often do not have added value.  We could order car dealer cost ordering a report by mail and haggled with sales manager and it worked almost as good. Do you see closure of dealership, parking lot because of internet?  Heck, no.

I know real estate and other goods were sold before the World Wide Web appeared.  I would do what was done successfully without the Internet.

The beginning of anything always worked...

That sound dreadful, since even we have Internet for last decade or so, it is hard to imagine the life without. I'd go mack to a lot of printing and door-knocking. 

I used to send post cards and present at our Associations to network.

That's a no brainer for me.

I would continue my live weekly radio show!

It is hard to do these days.

Word of mouth referrals which is where we get a lot of our business.
