These are all message delivery METHODS.

They are NOT strategy.

For example a strategy is:

Solutions Marketing.

What solution?

Depending on the arrows in an agents quiver, it can be:

  1. faster
  2. cheaper
  3. better
  4. easier
  5. newer

The strategy is the construct of the deliverable solutions using methods that have already been mentioned.

There are other strategies. I count 85 strategies spreading the spectrum of prestige to discount real estate.

What I do know is none of the delivery methods will work (convert suspects into prospects) with a misguided strategy.

Thanks for all these great suggestions!  I am currently trying some online leads through Realtor.com.  Also SEO development.  Probably my most successful method has been old fashion mail campaigns, as well as, referrals.

Before advertising with Zillow you must know your competetion in each zip code and how much they are spending or else you will waste your money.  This can easily be seen in your Z backend dashboard. You can choose to out spend them or opt out all together.

All the things mentioned in the comments here are not strategies but tactics to achieve the goals. 

Tactics are important too.
