I take off! Learning to fly! Coming down, is the hardest thing. 

Everything and anything.  I have done everything I wanted to do and expand way above and beyond what I thought my worth was.

I honestly don't have time for non real estate related training other than via buying books on amazon for my kindle.....  and the only interest I have at this point is health and strength training..... just saying!

Depends on what I'm training for. Technology- I do training through webinars and our local community college. I drive almost 2 hours to Alexandria and get home around 10:30 - 11:00 pm. If training for fitness, I hike around the area, and do yoga at home. I just signed up through our county for training to carry and administer Naloxone/Narcan to people that keep overdosing on heroin and opoids. We've had 3 od's in last 3 weeks. More just across the river in Brunswick MD. Some of them died. I use to train with VDF ( Virgina Defense Force) to assist VA National Guard and other local agencies, but I'm finshed with that training for now. I also train on methods of repairing historic homes, gravestones, and monuments. I do cemetery workshops 2-3 times per year, and clean and repair gravestones and monuments when I have time. Whatever it is that you want to learn, someone is providing training for it.

Both online and offline - I have done my share of nursing courses and continue to take real estate courses so, my 'fun' courses typically focus on cooking or gardening.

I also teach fitness classes so I am online with resources for these.

My favorite ''listen when driving or walking'' are: utube and webinars. Today I took a bitcoin and legal webinars. 

I love learning. I am a lifetime learner. And I have many interests. 

My passion is digital marketing so I seek the best courses in those areas along with the best mentors and masterminds. 

I have been a follower of Ryan Deiss since 2007, he was the first one doing a course on SEO, that was legit. I am a certified digital marketing funnel expert through his certification program and I belong to his mastermind and private labs. 

I have been a follower of Jeff Walker, Profit Launch Formula, for many years, an alumni of his launching course and tribe. He was listed in Forbes as one of the most successful online entreprenuers selling over $10 Million in one launch of his PLF program. Amazing guy and so down to earth. 

I am passing my exams to be a Certified Conversion Expert from LeadPages. I am an approved website developer for IDX Broker. 

I also am a student of Thrive University, where Shane from Switzerland has trained me in designing some amazing websites. 

Social media courses, SEO courses, branding and speaking to sell courses, you name it, if it is going to allow me to learn more and be more and help more, I am in. 

I hire coaches and consultants to learn more about breaking through any limiting beliefs, and past hurts, etc. Breaking the ties that bind, was a great book. 

I learn a lot of YouTube and google searches. 

I love to learn about gardening, food storage, nutrition and healthy eating. 

I learn about our family history, geneaology, and world history, the U.S. Constitution, the Holy Bible, and the Book of Mormon. 

I love to learn about cultures and people and will talk to people for hours to learn more about them, how they think, how they live etc. 

I am a PURE Capitalist and so I love to learn about Austrian Economics, Ayn Rand society thinking, Freedom of thought, speech, economics, business, etc., The Mises organization is one of my favorite site of articles to read. 

My only regret is that I have to get some sleep. I want more than 24 hours in a day. I want to learn more and more.

My board offers many CE classes. I also take classes on topics that I find interesting.  Sometime they are offered at title, my office, or builder.

My company provides free education that counts towards required education to renew our license. 

Almost everything I do is related to real estate in the area of learning!

Like for what? FB ads? Mailings .... what?

Amazon for books ... online courses for training.  

The good stuff is behind the curtains.

For example:

Our population has been labeled, segmented and assigned 'values' as observed by those with letters appended to their names. These folks have a way of screwing up everything such as our public education system.

That is a class you can attend without charge in person or online. There a gazillion webinars waiting for a click.

Behind the curtains you learn how to create common ground through shared value or common affliction.

Then you pay more for understanding the appeal, message and delivery mechanics.

After getting some success you pay a LOT more to supercharge, amplify, explode the business visibility.

I turn to the marketing experts like SalesForce and Hubspot and other special opportunities that encourage out of the box, visionary, thinking.

For example look for programs by other like Wells Fargo that feature WALT DISNEY IMAGINEERING. 

Ted Talks are 18 minute gold mines that stimulate.

Burning Man, the record of those who have attended, deliver a momentum of collective visionaries that walk to the beat of a different drummer.

When the 'dust' of our collective sedation has been brushed of by these bold programs, we have the opportunity, for a moment, to stand for something. If that 15 seconds is allowed to pass, we fall back to our 'fall for anything' common thought.

When one actually is required to PAY for guidance, the opportunity window to Stand Up For Yourself is extended to 30 seconds.

I will read about leadership and management. I find them on Amazon.  These areas I can always use tips to improve.

YouTube sometimes webinars but so many of those are disappointing that share nothing and are primarily sales pitch

Sometimes I have to find a You Tube video to fix something in my home.  Been working on more technology for my business.

Lots of topics.

It depends on time and the course.

I prefer to research subjects on my own through a variety of sources. I really enjoy science and real estate investing.
