People who are anonymous should stay that way, even in life. Never, if you stand on your principles should you be anonymous. As a Marine Disabled Vet, we used to say, "I would rather die on my feet then live on my knees." That probably sums up what I think about anonymous people.

There's no point in posting anonymously. You can't interact without outing yourself. And something creating that much of a drama in my professional life that I would need to conceal my identity, I probably wouldn't be posting online at all.

There are appropriate reasons to ask a question anonymously.  Although I have asked a few questions over the years, I have yet to feel the need to ask one anonymously.   

Really, what's the point? If you have something to say, I think you want people to know it is you saying it.

Nada. It's time to ban the option of posting anonymously.  Most of the anonymous Q's resemble 'Spam' and invite ridiculous A's just for points.

Guess many of think, 'Ask a ridiculous Q and you will get a ridiculous A.'

I never have.  I understand the reason behind having the feature, but if I had a sticky situation that I needed other's views on I'd probably just reach out to a handful of select people directly.

Annette, the thought has never crossed my mind. There's no scenario I can think of which would necessitate my doing so. Those that do have their reasons apparently.

While AR permits it we don't follow that path...

I never had to, but I still support a choice to do it. It does not bother me at all to see questions from Anonymous ( unless they are spam). 

I have not thought about it.  If it's a question & I want to interact - So would not be anonymous.

I have posted very few questions but, I do understand when agents are in the middle of a transaction and want opinions so, they post anonymously to protect their clients.
