I have sent out snail mail newsletters, e-newsletters, football schedules, calendars, and always email and make phone calls.

I have them on a calendar. Every two or three months they get a card or email, followed up with a phone call.. Invite for coffee or lunch. Followed by a card that says, Thanks for touching base" and maybe includes a pen, at least a B-card.
