Dual Agency is illegal in Florida. But we have "Transaction Brokerage", which his essentially the same thing.

Limited or a dual agency is for example when 2 agents from the same brokerage where one represent the buyer and the other the seller. Another is when an agent represent both buyer and seller and cannot be in a fiduciary relationship. This is not allowed in the state of Florida.
