It has become a specialty. Last time I asked, it was someone at Presidential Bank Mortgage that gave me a name, but never ended up using him so I don't remember his name. Sometimes Reverse Mortgages are called HECM's by some which means Home Equity Conversion Mortgage. One federally insured, and one isn't I think.
