I would prefer and expect video and photos. I would only hire someone who quoted for a everything included and at one rate, no up charges

No clue... haven't searched for one or compared prices... and then a lot would also depend on the quality of the photos.

That's good. I don't know if I would consider 2 minutes though. It seems long to me.

Depends on what you need.  I use a company that offers drone videos and photos and they also do interior video.

if You're the pilot, it would be a blank check.... you're worth the world... and I'd expect to get video and a virtual tour....

In my area that would be upwards of $500.00. 

For aerial photography, some charge $225 up to 10 still photos, $375 for a short, or $525 for all stills and videos combined. but if the customer wants a video included it's $300-$500.

Whether it is a handyman, landscape gardner they charge about $250-350 per day. Load a car full of equipment, post process taking time. The more expensive the equipment cost they the higher they charge.   I still take my own real estate fotos and for other realtors. CirclePix paid me $36 per 4-virtual, and 12 fotos.  The realtor ordered counted stated my 1br 1 bath condo you only took 10 shots not 12 shots paid for.

These days MLS people load 48 images for a tiny home. Productive? No!

I agree with Ken, I think $500 is the most that I can afford paying and I won't do it any listings that are not worthy of it.  For example, someone who wants to sell a home and would like for me to charge only 1% and for me to bring the buyer to them. So 1% for doing both sides of the transaction. Home is less than $400k.

I would definitely have the fees upfront, and have a client that does this for me, and know he does not charge the going rate, yet.

I pay about $300 for video only, however I can pull stills from video and use them also.  My agreement with pilot gives me ownership of finished product.

Usually in Oklahoma City about $150 is tops unless you want something more.
