I read the post. There is another side, and that is all the people (stockholders) invested in this company. By virtue of all the real estate communities not paying attention to what was happening, this company took advantage of the underserved market. The community left the door gaping, wide open...People did not answer their phones, and they still don't when a call on a listing comes in...

I think we can outmaneuver Zillow and let them go by the wayside. None of our clients seem to even notice Zillow. They are too busy knowing their marketplace and the people in it. A

My solution is for NAR to encourage all members to stop syndication. Listing data should appear in two places: realtor.com and our personal web sites. Zillow and the like would dry up without the data and we would control it once again.
