  I would suggest that you surf and observe some successful social media Realtors.  Then do what they do!

Depends on what you define as Social Media Management. I use Back At You Media to manage my Facebook Business Page, but also "work" it myself.

NO. And the augmentation of your own efforts needs to be minimal in my opinion. The whole point of social media is to engage. A bot or a VA cannot do that for you. And folks can tell.
I think it's better to have fewer social media points of contact and be truly present, then to be spread thin and have a lot of automation.

YES!   We do. I own a virtual assistant company and they do a LOT of social media managing. We manage realtors and brokers,  chiropractors, retailers, and more.
