Thanks, but I'll pass. I've been doing this for so long, my "scripts" if you want to call them that are ingrained in my brain and are natural to my way of speaking and presenting. As a result, they don't sound like scripts ever.

Like others, I am already in a bunch of FB groups. Your idea has merit and I hope you get the participation you seek, David.

Best of luck with your group, David! I am involved in several private FB groups with agents from other parts of the country - we share lots of great information so, I'm sure those who use scripts would benefit from something like this.

Well, David Martin ...I am late to this party but since it was still showing on my AR page, I thought I would comment.

First: The vast majority of those who have commented here are already successful agents and brokers so I am not surprised that most would react in the no thanks category.

Second...I use FB all the time and it makes me a ton of money...way more than I have earned from AR. But both have been good to me so I stay in both. I am surprised by some of the comments here that it is not good for them.

However, I do not belong to many private groups any more on FB as I am trying to get back to the feed showing up on my computer being people related versus group people related. 

I do think there is value in having a group for those who want to use scripts. And I know many people do...or at least have paid a ton of money for them.

I myself do not use scripts...at least not in a typical manner. I know the direction I will go with my comments based off the direction the potential client indicates they want to head.

As indicated above...they are ingrained into my presentations but definitely are no two alike.

I am active in many Facebook groups related to photography.

Make it and they will come. There are so many agents out there, you'll find new ones. AR is full of agents that have been around a while

There's already a super strong FB group for this, started by a local agent here - Aaron Wittenstein.  the name is very similar.  And, you could join that if you want.

I could add a lot to the group but don't think I can find time to participate. I do believe others would enjoy it.

Sounds like a good idea for many.

I haven't found much benefit to groups. Also, I believe there is already at least one RE group on FB.
