Join the ActiveRain Group, "Facebook Fridays", and do whatever Anita Clark advises. 

Click on their name, it takes you to their site and friend them or like their page. Also respond to their comment or like on your post.

Friend them , then research them,. Direct mail them and follow up.  Face book message works sometimes.

Reach: No

Likes & Comments: Yes.  Click on the names and you should get a list of everyone who liked it.  Then you can individually reach out to them (though there may be some software to automate it).

The Page

If you login and click on the number of people that like you, it should bring you to a listing of them.  From there you should be able to reach out to them individually.

I have to say, 14k reach and 187 likes, 25 shares and 41 comments is unbelievable!

It truly is all about the engagement ... that is how connecting happens. 

I have found that most people on FB want to take their time without getting too involved or committed.

Keep producing more good material to keep them coming back and eventually a few may call.

I agree with Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor,CRS,e-Pro , but FB has not proved to be much of  a resource anymore for me.

Depends on the settings they have for their account sometimes you can

INVITE them to like/follow your page once they have interacted with one of your posts but its not always true

Great question. I make contact with some. View thier profile, engage and reply to all your posters. 

To piggyback off of John's question (which was great- thanks John!), is there a way to find out who is clicking the links in the posts- or who is engaging with the post other than simply "liking" and commenting? 

It seems like the engagement is great. The follow up that can be done, however, is minimal compared to the actual response the posts are getting because I don't actually know the names of those responding. 

It looks like you have a possible foundation for some additional business. I'm always interested in knowing about success stories that can be implemented.

Yes, it is easy to send anyone a direct message, thanks them for sharing your posts and comments. Also you can tag those who commented in your replies, same as in AR blog. 

Anita Clark from Warner Robins GA would be who you need to talk with.

AMAZING!!!!! That is one heck of a reach for a real estate post!!! 

If they leave any comment, make sure you comment right back to them. 

Once they leave a comment you are then allowed to run promotions to them via FB messenger. It is a great way to keep the conversation going. REmember, though, the TOS of FB says that they have to left you a comment on any of your page posts. You can also run sponsored ads through FB messenger to them. These do work very well because they are new. And you can create some look alike audiences to then run FB lead ads to. 

You can message them through Facebook and add them to your likes.

Comments do tell you who has written...
