Our season doesn't change that much in the summer. Buyers are still wanting to get into a home before school starts and then snow birds arrive in the fall so we keep on going straight up to very close to Chrismas time and charge up 1st week or so in January.

I think August is the busiest month for vacations.... Cape Cod is shoulder to shoulder and bumper to bumper in August.... we do 4th of July week at the Cape...it's just getting off the blocks!!
