Oh boy I remember back in the day when people would try to show up wet from the river to go out and look at houses and it's like you're not getting in my vehicle. People do not smell fantastic when they have come out of the river.

I live in Southern California, very little surprises me.  As far as taste -- who am I to judge?

The propriety of that somehow escapes me. Standards in our country as to what is appropriate when in terms of dress have gone to hell in a handbasket if you ask me. (Of course, I'm an old fogey so I would think that!)

No, no, no! Even when showing property on Ft. Myers Beach or Hutchinson Island! Never! And, wet people would be denied entrance!

Never happened to me, but I did dream being in the pool during my open houses..... would it sell the house faster? probably not, but it would be so nice when we had 100+ days. 

Happens to me in Hawaii. As long as it's the clients, and not the agents, no one thinks anything of it.

It's a problem here in AZ, especially in the summer when it's hot. I'll have a million $ client in the office and here comes the agents in t-shirts, shorts and flip-flops...

Tacky, but at least they were clean and wouldn't object to removing their shoes.

I do not believe that is good taste. If the suit is being worn under clothes ... then so be it. Showing up wet to me shows little to no respect.  Good Grief!

If the client didn't care and it was impromptu then I will not let it bother me. However you will Never find me showing up to show property in a swimsuit.

However, wet people can sit on nothing and must not be dripping. Just for the fun of it put the AC as low as possible.
