Unless I'm negotiating a contract, my computer is shut down by 7pm.

It ends when I go to bed. No phone near me to be awaken by pings and alerts in the middle of the night.

Until it is time to pass out for the night.

I don't reply after 7pm but I'll be sending them around 6am.

I am not a night person anymore. My office phone is shut off at 4P, my computer at 6. The ringer on my cell phone gets shut off at 7. If an offer comes in and I see it on my phone . . . I will let the seller know an offer is in and first thing in the morning we will review it together. I always tell clients that after 6P I'm stupid--and you do not want me stupid!

Never past 7 PM weekdays and never past 5PM Saturdays, never at all on Sundays nor vacations and days off...I use an auto-responder.

I ususally go to bed between 11 and 1130 so i try to put the phone down by 1030pm to wind down. I will answer most emails if needed. In the morning i often start work at 7am

Since I have clients on the West Coast, East Coast, and Israel, prety regularly.

Yes, it all depends what's cooking.

It varies and I have no real to stop work.  

About 10pm. I don't last much longer than that!

Varies, I just checked mine and it's 11:52 PM, just before the witching hour. Yes, it's been a busy day.

It really depends on how busy I am. I often check before going to bed, like now!

Unless working on a transaction, I check at 8:30, then I am done!  

I quit after 8 pm most nights.

If an urgent email comes in after hours, we answer it. Most can wait until morning.

6 PM- catch them up at 5 AM

I check my email often and reply if it is urgent immediately, no matter how late it is. But usually emails can wait till tomorrow with no harm. 

If I am up at 1 or 2 I will still check.

I do them until about 10. I also respond to texts that late.

I tell my clients 8:00 PM.  I promise my clients a response ( even to say I do not have an answer) by the time I go to bed.

I usually turn off electronics by 7 - unless something big is in the works.

Depends on what I have going on in my business.  Generally 8pm is the end of my work day ... unless there are fires burning that need monitoring. 

When I was working, my schedule was crazy.  I answered email as time allowed.... sometimes quite late at night or in the middle of the night, if I was having trouble sleeping.  I was far more disciplined about no phone calls after 9 pm or before 8 am.

Since we all have smart phones with the ability to have our emails on our phones, I find myself responding until bedtime.  Probably not the best plan because it eliminates any boundaries.

  I try to knock off at 8:00PM, but sometimes it goes past that.

My cut off time has been 9 p.m. but I am starting to change to 8 p.m. on many nights.

Paul, my laptop is open from 6:00am to 8:00pm....once it's closed, emails wait until the next day...if it's someone I know, they will text me....

I usually keep my phone on until I got to bed... I have had some of my clients email me around 10:15 or so, (not expecting a reply until the next day) and are pleasantly surprised when I respond to them.  

Used to be until I went to bed, but new rules shuts things down by 8!

No set time as it depends on the day.   Some correspondence and communication is better after giving pause to a question or request.   

I usually stop looking at email at 7:00 pm. 

It depends upon who is emailing me - if it's contract negotiations, I'll go as late as the other agent(s) want(s) to go to get it done!  Otherwise, typically 9PM.

Emails make some smart phone users (who leave their phones on all night) phone 'ping' and I would hate to wake someone up. So, I treat it like phone calls - 9AM - 9PM.
