Broker(s) in Michigan successfully sued their MLS for restraint of trade for not allowing access by 3rd party companies...can't find the legal reference...can anyone assist ?

I would be surprised if that won in court or was not later overturned. There are constant threats to making the MLS a public utility and that would end the MLS for profit model.

I personally don't see why we have to spread ourselves so thin. WE had it made when the only place to search for a home was the MLS and print ads or signs.
