When I think of real estate podcasts I think of Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor,CRS,e-Pro.

I know agents who are doing very well with podcasting and I also know many , many business entreprenuers in different niches who are killing it with podcasting. 

Podcasting will just keep getting bigger and bigger now that many of the new cars have built in Apple Itunes which is the number one place to host your podcasts. People who commute to work every day listen to podcasts. Moms listen to them while they are toting around their children, while making dinner, etc. 

Podcasting has been around for many years. The first podcast I did was way back in 2008 when it was much harder to do and record, etc. This was one of the reasons I bought Mac computers because they have GarageBand which has  podcast feature. THat is how I learned and took courses, etc. 

I got rid of my podcast a while back, stopped podcasting because of other things that got in the way. I wish I had not. 

I have everything ready to launch again and hope to launch again in the late fall of this year.

I attended a podcast workshop and came away with I won't do that right now. For it to be really good there needs to be lots of planning, great topics, good quality and tons of exposure to get people to tune in.
