Unpaid advisors. It acts as an international MLS. It was created about 10 years ago by two very bright people who have experience both in the software and management of the MLS. Many of the European countries do not have "exclusive" listings on properties. The agents have a way to make friends with those agents in the US or other countries who may have someone who wants to buy a home in France, for example. I would contact an agent there, and probably have to sign and NDA (non disclosure agreement) to get access to the property.
