All we have is equal housing and our brokerage logo which is our brand. We took all of the other alphabet soup including Realtor off a few years ago and simplified our cards. For years we had a gazillion logos and designations. It just became too messy and chaotic. -Kasey

We have the company logo (Vista Print's hands holding a house), name, what we do, license, company name, phone and email.  That's it.  No hud/equal housing... we don't even use the term realtor!  Nice and clean.  No state requirements beyond the license number and company name (or principal broker name and license # if you are in a "team").

 

I've found it best to keep it as clean as possible with as few logos and words distracting from the "message" of the card... my name and contact info and what I do.

I think that all promo material 'must' have the equal housing logo (federal), and if you use the word 'Realtor', it must have the registerd trademark.

Only one, my broker's logo on the back. I believe it is required in CA. Otherwise, I'd delete and keep only my and broker name, license, phone and email. I assume people trash them, at least I do ( after reading by my iphone).

Oregon requires name, title, name of brokerage on all advertising. On electronic advertising, "licensed in the state of Oregon" is required. Other than that, there is flexibility. People licensed with a franchise would have to follow franchise dictates, and everyone should follow office policy.  The logo on my card is my brokerage logo.
