Yes there are some glitches and it varies from person to person. So sorry you are having issues!!  I have been able to post and upload new and feature photos. But I have had severalposts where one of the photos disappears. I recommend saving your work as you go. Maybe after publishing you can go back and edit and add the photos again. Another browser might work, too!

On days when that happens I either wait or use one of my workarounds.

Bummer!  I have posted twice today including photos with no issues.  Some days I do have problems though and have to come back later.  It is frustrating! I'm sorry you are having troubles. -Kasey

I have this issue on a consistent basis day in and day out, Debra. I've found that if I change browsers to input photos, it helps. Using Chrome has been really difficult.

I'm so sorry you're having trouble! I've just done 2 posts and didn't have trouble so, I'm wondering if you need to re-boot or change browsers? Good luck, Debra Leisek!

Debra Leisek - I am really sorry that you have a difficult time loading the pictures.

I'd suggest clearing cooking or restarting the tab or the browser. Sometimes a small trick like this works miraculously.

Check out Bob Crane's post on the subject. He is one of the "go to" techies when problems arise!

Hi Debra -- I'm sorry you experienced this.   It is a recurring issue that is quite frustrating.    When it happens, I try to step away from the computer and return later.

I have not tried today.

Uploading pictures can be a challenge. Press the picture with the mountain in it next to the spell check. Once the window comes up browse your pictures and then upload. Hope this helps.

Recurring glitch.

Clear cache, change browsers, try try again.

Yes I had that problem with Firefox. I used Chrome to upload pictures. Problem solved.

Such a bummer when the gremlins escape.  Glad you were able to complete your post with photo as well.

When it happens i skip it and then go back and edt a pic in when it is working

I had a problem last week also.

I fortunately have no issues. It is so frustrating dealing with technologies glitches. I hope, you fixed yours.

I don't upload here any more.  I usually link to the photo hosted elsewhere.

Didn't post a blog today.  Hate when those issues arise. 

It does get frustrating and sometimes best to leave it alone and come back later. Surprisingly it may work.

I recently put all the photos in a youtube slide show and embedded to get my photos in a listing.

Could this be an issue with Microsoft vs Apple? Would be interesting to find out who's having more problems.

Oh my gosh ... I am so sorry you are having issues.  I have not tried to upload a photo.  SO FRUSTRATING.  

Debra Leisek have you tried using a different browser? I aways use Chrome and it wasn't working for half a day. I switched to Internet Explorer and it worked the first time!

I switch browsers, I had a problem this AM on Safari, and it worked fine on Firefox.  Some days it works on Safari!  A

Always.  I spent a long time investigating other editors but none were comfortable to me.  I will try using Firefox - maybe Chrome is part of the problem.  But I doubt it.

I wrote a post last evening and had to try a couple of times, but they uploaded....

ActiveRain regularly has issues, not a week goes by without tech issues.
