I think everything i woudo have poseted area already here. For me i think a must would be top 5 tips to buy and top 5 tips to sell

It depends on you speciality but most here I believe are into listings of various kinds but some with buyers. I think an FAQ about what to look for from you in the first meeting is important. Also something about what core values mean.

Too early in the morning too think that hard, Bob! There are way more than 5 such FAQ's and which is most important might depend on the buyer being targetted.
