Zillow is experienced and skilled in the courtroom, but a class action could be a snowball situation that they may not want to deal with in this situation considering then number of plaintiffs that are likely to step forward.

You can hate Zillow all you want but I believe in freedom and there is nothing wrong with a web site that shares an opinion, even if they are wrong. It's the consumer's fault for ascribing value to their opinion.
