I received the error message yeseterday which is why my post today(scheduled yesterday) has previous photos and no "feature" photo. Frustrating but I'll survive.  

It happened to me the other day.  A few hours later it was OK.

Perhaps that is the reason.  I hesitate to publish a blog post without a picture, so it ends up in Draft.   Also, people are busy.  I know I am posting way less than earlier in the year.

Yes I still can but I believe others are having problems. Once you do load one in & you change your mind you can't delete the pic!

I am unable to upload photos today.  Getting some weird error message saying incomplete response received.  Tried it in both Chrome and Firefox.  Very frustrating.

Not clear on your question about file manager, but the market is very busy here, I've been posting less in May due to my work demands...my creative energy has been zapped lately.

I could load new photos on Sunday night but not now. I haven't tried the work arounds, but it seems to be responding in a different way and that may not work either. This is very frustrating. The staff may need to look into another blog editor that isn't compromised. It is causing more and more posts to disappear too.

It is an elusive issue, which makes it harder to fix since they cannot find and fix a moving target.

Not working for me for two days. I upload to external site and load pictures via their url on that site.

I have the same recurring issues. It may be a good time for a summer vacation from ActiveRain.

Just got an email from support that the issues are ongoing and "intermittent".  So basically roll the dice.  Sometimes it'll work.  Other times, no pics for you!

I couldn't upload a new photo NOR could I upload a feature using 2 browsers, even after publishing which usually works. Grrr. But then I tried Chrome again and it worked

I very rarely upload images since there is no way to organize them - much better to link them and not have the problems you all are experiencing.

Most forums actually do not allow uploads of images and only permit linking

When 30% of every effort encounters some 'NO GO' anomaly, it does discourage participation.

I would advise publishers to embed within the body of the blog all things pertinent, specifically their identity and contact data. Some bright morning it is possible a Trulia ambush could occur again. Make sure your IP is thoroughly branded within the body of work.

Meanwhile, the Oompah Loompahs are toiling away fixing AR everyday.

Barbara Todaro  One day it works  the next day it does not . I get a big red X . I am going to try this weekend .  Video seems to work so if I must I will have to post video without photos ...   Just would like a response from staff as to what is going on and when the issue will be fixed ..Put up the curtain-and fix it .
