It has been years but I remember one woman that was threatening bodily harm to agents. The broker told her to get off the property and never come back or he would call the police. She never returned.

You're probably right about her wanting him out of her basement... so he can NOT pay you, instead of her.

The dismissal of an agent comes to mind. All I was doing was freeing up his future!

It was 2006 and a man was swearing up a storm about not getting his offer accepted. Had to call the police when he threatened violence.

When a man came into my office and came into my private space looking all around without saying a word. I got out the door and waited until he came out and left. There were some "office invasions" not too far away at the time where staff were tied up etc, and I think I might have dodged a big one! Afterwards I wished I had called the cops but he didn't actually DO anything threatening.

I haven't had to kick anybody out of my office that I can recall, but I have fired clients.

I can see why you told her to leave.  It amazes me that so many people use these foul words and expect them to move mountains.  When in fact they will get them kicked out as in your case.

I never have had to do that, but you should be commended for keeping your composure.

Never kicked anyone out of my office, but we did kick a lady out of closing once.  I had the seller and we were waiting for the file to fund.  Buyer came in demanding keys, dropping F bombs and acting like a fool.  Closer told her to GO or we are calling the cops.

I have never had to kick anyone out.  I have asked several to leave because I refused to work with them. It was peaceful.

I have kicked someone out of the office, they were just sitting there and not letting me get any work done no matter how politely I asked or said I had things to do. I finally said I had to leave and they followed me to the door once they were out I ran back in and locked the door. I felt bad but it was annoying. I told Dad and he laughed and said I did right.

She is just wanting someone to stop her...anyone so she can recover from herself. The dad, you (others) and the son couldnt do it so she searches on....

Dropping the F-bomb in front of little ones - doesn't make you wonder too much why hers is still living in her basement, does it?!
