Heck no!  Transactions are so bloody easy to manage I do it all myself.  Our office has managed over 80 concurrent transactions at one point.  Just get a checklist and a calendar and you're golden.

So far I've only interacted with one TC that wasn't a waste of skin and bones.  Even had one try and practice law and one that tried to kill the deal!  I REFUSE to work with TCs.

I'd follow Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor, CRS lead.... can't go wrong!

I do my own. Now when CAR zipform has ''due date'' for all forms, you just create a template, add dates for each individual transaction and you are done. If you have a good CRM, you'll get all notifications twice.
