Maybe the agent does not own a washer and dryer and thinks they are very cool and it might be a selling point to the house - are they included?

I'm sure that was not what they wanted to be the first pic Karen Jones Lewis, MBA, Realtor.  Showing the laundry room (if inside the house and not in the garage) would never be a No. 1.  That had to have been an error, and then there's always the option that they never reviewed the pics after they loaded them, to see that they were all facing the right direction, what order they were in, etc.  No double-checking done there, I'm thinking.  Either someone new or someone in too much of a hurry.

He or she either did not realize how the MLS ordered photos, or is simply not very savvy about the photos needed to showcase a listing and do a good job for the client! Who cares about the washer and dryer - they may not even convey!
