I don't pay for leads - most of them are scam, scam, scam!

You are a pretty lady, get out in your community and start letting them know who you are and what you do! One look at you and you will have leads coming your way.  Don't buy !A

Purchased leads are seldom worth the time or the money that you will waste on them.  Create your own leads with some agressive blogging and marketing.

That's a new one on me, standing by to hear more. 

I also have not heard of the company.  You might want to reconsider your initial thoughts on buying seller leads.

Andretta Robinson I have to agree with Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor, CRS . Buying leads is usually a losing proposition. Face-to-face networking always works.

Buying leads is such a bad idea. High cost, low to no ROI. My 2 cents.

Never heard of them. You're better off developing your own leads than buying them.

Paid for leads are generally not very good.  Try it if you can't crank up your own marketing.  Your leads will be more valuable than someone else's.  Because you know how you got them and what they represent.

No clue but probably expensive and not worth the money or time. There are other more effective ways for generating seller leads. Get involved in the community, network as much as you can, including with everyone that knows you

Not me. Never heard of them. The best leads are ones you generate for yourself.

Only tried one month once. I contacted another agent who also bought and lost out together since they sell to multiple people.  The method was writing a proposal about your marketing scheme, commission, cma w/o an address but street names.   I started asking 0.5%, 0.25%, 0.01% all were rejected. The other agent offer free listing and realized it was just a game they gouge money out of you.  I think on Z or Trla the conversion rate was 3-5% on buyer and <1% on sellers for premier paid agents. You pay ~$400 per zip code per month.  You do better meeting people.

Never heard of them.  The general wisdom here is to not pay for leads but to do activities to generate your own leads.

Nope - but good luck to you - I don't use 3rd party companies for leads - in 12 years I've not seen a single one that works!

The profit of selling leads goes only to the seller of the leads. You lose!

Don't know who they are, but I would be leery of any one selling leads.

Never heard of them so I doubt if they are 'all that bold'.

don't waste your money.... find your own leads using direct mail marketing....and complementing that with online marketing...

Buying leads should be against licensing! You will be just as successful if you pay me half for leads....

I've never bought a lead from any source. From everything I've heard, they are rarely worth the cost.

I do not know what are those. But it is very difficult to find good quality cold seller leads. 

I am not familiar with them.
