I voted, then I moved on to running my business, which is not politics, it's Real estate and taking care of my family. The office of the president doesn't decide my daily routine and habits with the fundamentals, in fact, until I have the fundamentals running smoothly, everything that's good and bad for my business and industry falls on me and I have no business seeking to credit nor blame anyone else.

      The Economy will boom, which is good for everything and everybody, including real estate.   Unless the RINOs in Congress continue to get in the way.

If you're not focused on your business, it will fail regardless who is President.

Things are never as bad as we think they will be, and never as good as we think they will be.  

In my area of the field, overall, yes. Small business owners were terrified of the alternative. Otherwise I agree with Thomas. We're driving our truck. Floor that puppy and make sure the tires have air.

Trump is a successful businessman, is a real estate mogul and loves our country.  When jobs come back real estate will boom.  It's already starting to happen.

Trump will be good for trump, the rest of us are on our own.

Trump has already proven great for the economy. It started with Consumer confidence. When you take away the media bias, Hollywood elites too rich to live real lives or care, there are real people who get up every day, go to work, live to make their lives better, protect and provide for their family. Trump is far from perfect, he will hurt feelings, he will pick on his detractors and tweet about the stupidest things possible. But he will protect the borders, keep the economy going and reduce the size of government. Soros will continue to pay protestors. Trump will be trump, and we will all go to work and get out what we put into it

I think he is a business man and a real estate mogul and that is the lens with which he will see opportunities and need for change within the presidency, whether that is good or bad is yet to be determined in my opinion.

Because EVERYONE thinks they are included in the EVERYONE.

Most will be wondering why the bus did not stop on their street.

If an agent is not working a PROFIT business model, they should understand they are not the EVERYONE.

One of his first actions was to suspend the announced reduction in the FHA mortgage insurance premium. This hurts many buyers.

Would it really make a difference what we Realtors think of him?

I can be only responsible for my own words and actions, so I ask God to give me the guidance through a day to be my best and to do my best. 

The country is like a business and I see him runningit that way.  It will tick some people off for sure but we need to get our heads out of the bottom orffice and get back to what made this country great and it isn't by giving all the handouts

I don't know ... what I do know is that there are many ganging up on the guy

it started just a week into the presidency ... and continues ... what ever happend to giving the president "the First 100 day' before unloading ...

Note, I did not vote for either Hills or The Donald ... but I think it's a lot unfair how the media works ...

If everyone thinks it is good for real estate then automatically everyone agrees.

Everyone doesn't think any one candidate is good for anything...a very divided country we have after this electio.

Not with a neurosurgeon running the show. (But those who have been sitting on their cash, have started to open up their pocketbooks and spend.) Go figure.

I prefer to handle my current business, and not worry about what Trump is doing.

I think he will do well for small business owners and real estate, but nobody can predict the future. I'm focused on my neck of the woods and keeping an optimistic eye on the rest of the country. One thing I do know for sure: there's an awful lot of hate and lies being spread and we'll never heal as a nation until people can start being honest.

But seriously, when people stop having their temper tantrums and start working to run the country (instead of their mouths) a President who is a business man and has real estate experience, who has already moved to keep jobs in the US and bring others back can only be good.  More US jobs more people FULLY employed = more money in the economy = happier people = people more convinced about their long term future = setting down roots = buying a house!

I hope all people succeed and thus my business will prosper...

They don't. Mass deportation will kill construction and Trump is enforcing a 15% tariff on lumber from Canada as of today. American lumber is more expensive.

I certainly hope the new administration will encourage business growth - which will be good for everyone.

Ask me in 4 years.
